A bureau is established to investigate on the aircraft accidents

Action is being taken to establish a bureau to investigate on the aircraft accidents. For the first tine of the history, the aviation Act will be amended in order to establish it. The first batch of aircraft accident investigators was appointed by minister Nimal Siripala de Silva today. Their duty is to analyse how the aircraft accidents happened in the Sri Lankan territory and to take action to prevent re occurrence of similar accidents.
