UK Prime Minister Sunak in Belfast a day after reaching Northern Ireland Brexit deal

Rishi Sunak is in Belfast, after reaching a deal with the EU over post-Brexit trading arrangements for Northern Ireland. On Monday, the prime minister described the deal, dubbed the “Windsor Framework”, as a decisive breakthrough. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen called it a new chapter in a stronger EU-UK relationship. The Democratic Unionist Party said there had been significant progress but warned there were still concerns.
