Minister Manusha Nanayakkara says that a test will be conducted about the productivity of state employees. It will be implemented by the National Productivity Secretariat. The minister said government has a responsibility about the productivity of state employees. The minister pointed out state employees work only 191 days out of 365 days of the year. He mentioned this during the debate on the interim budget in parliament yesterday. He further said that the budget has provided facilities to the entrepreneurs to build the nation.
