Another set of projects will be vested in the public today under the ‘Pibidemu Polonnaruwa’ project. Thereby, three storied building of the Anurdhapura Deepani Maha Vidyalaya, three storied building of the Habarana Maha Vidyalaya and several constructions of the Alhilal Jumma Muslim Mosque and development works of the Hingurak Damana Pirivena will be declared open.

Around 120 constructions completed under the ‘Pibidemu Polonnaruwa’ project were vested with the public past two days.

About 60 development projects under the Pibidemu Polonnaruwa programme were vested with the public by the President yesterday. The President declared opened the ‘Hela Bojun Hala’ constructed at Manampitiya town as well. This cafeteria has a vast variety of indigenous food items to be served to the people. The President said that the funds will be allocated to all districts in the country without any discrimination to carryout out development programme.

Addressing the gathering State Minister of Foreign Affairs Wasantha Senanayake says people should support the government’s development programmes disregarding political differences.
